Palmarés de los Premios Eisner 2025

En esta ocasión la alegría para España llega de la mano de Javier Rodríguez

La San Diego Comic-Con 2025 ha vuelto a convertirse en el epicentro mundial del cómic y la cultura popular, y como cada año, uno de los momentos más esperados ha sido la entrega de los Premios Will Eisner, considerados los “Óscar del cómic”. En esta edición, celebrada el viernes 26 de julio de 2025, se ha reconocido lo mejor del cómic publicado durante el último año, tanto en Estados Unidos como a nivel internacional. Con un total de 32 categorías, los Eisner 2025 han destacado obras que van desde historias personales e íntimas hasta epopeyas superheroicas, pasando por títulos independientes, cómic digital, novela gráfica y reediciones de clásicos.

Uno de los grandes motivos de celebración para el cómic en español es la victoria del dibujante Javier Rodríguez, que se alzó con el premio a Mejor Serie Limitada por Zatanna: Bring Down the House, publicado por DC Comics. Este reconocimiento consolida la carrera internacional del autor y representa un nuevo hito para los artistas españoles en la industria estadounidense.

Entre los galardonados figuran nombres consagrados y nuevas voces que están redefiniendo el panorama actual del medio, lo que refleja la riqueza creativa, diversidad temática y calidad artística que vive el cómic en la actualidad.

Paco Roca y Emma Ríos se llevan galardón

Como seguramente sepáis la edición de la Comic-Con de este año está siendo virtual. Se están lanzando tráilers, haciendo paneles por videollamadas, anunciando próximas novedades de cómics, series y películas… todo online. Esto no ha impedido que se continúe con la tradicional entrega de premios Eisner.

Ya es tradicional, también y por suerte, que tengamos que aplaudir el éxito español entre los considerados como los premios más importantes del mundo de las viñetas. El año pasado fue Ken Nimura y en estos Eisner 2020 el historietista Paco Roca y la portadista Emma Ríos han recibido premio con ‘La casa’ y ‘Pretty Deadly’ respectivamente. Enhorabuena también a Astiberri por la edición del cómic de Roca. Además debemos incluir otra librería española a las agraciadas con el reconocimiento de los Eisner ya que Nostromo (Sevilla) ha sido reconocida como la mejor del mundo.

Podríamos haber tenido más suerte ya que había otros españoles como Salvador Larroca nominados. Seguro que el año que viene más y mejor. Aquí podéis ver la entrega realizada en Youtube y a continuación todo el listado.

La Comic Con de San Diego nos traerá la entrega de los Premios Eisner. 

Ya tenemos las nominaciones a los Premios Eisner, que como todos los años, premian a lo mejor del cómic. Se entregaran en la San Diego Comic Con y entre los nominados tenemos caras conocidas de nuestro país. David Rubín, Santiago García, El Torres, entre otros optarán a ganar un Eisner.
